• Platform data: for CordeLiakare specifically, clinical and health data processed under ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) guidelines and the data-sharing terms agreed with the healthcare provider operating the platform. We process this data as a processor on behalf of that provider, not as the data owner.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our platforms and website.
• To meet regulatory, security, and compliance obligations, including ABDM, ISO 9001:2015, and applicable Indian data protection law.
• To send product or service updates you have opted in to receive.

We do not sell personal data.

We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and multi-factor authentication across our platforms, backed by AWS infrastructure and monitored under our ISO 9001:2015 and CERT-In-aligned security practices. Clinical data on CordeLiakare is further governed by ABDM M1, M2, M3 certification requirements.

We share data only with: (a) the healthcare, education, or enterprise organization operating the relevant platform, (b) sub-processors who help us deliver the service (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality and data protection terms, and (c) authorities where required by law or the ABDM framework.

Depending on your relationship with us, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If your data is held by a hospital, school, or enterprise using our platform, that organization is typically the right first point of contact, since they control the underlying records.
