1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cordelia Technology website and platforms, including CordeLiakare (healthcare), CordeliaskillEdge (education), and CordeliaEdge (enterprise). By accessing our website or using our platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you are using a platform on behalf of a hospital, institution, or enterprise, the specific commercial agreement between that organization and Cordelia governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Our Services

Cordelia provides AI-first SaaS platforms: HIMS, ERP, tele-consultation, and clinical AI tools under CordeLiakare; adaptive learning and assessment under CordeliaskillEdge; and workflow automation, analytics, and interoperability services under CordeliaEdge. Features, availability, and certifications (including ABDM M1, M2, M3) are described on the relevant product page and may evolve as the platforms are updated.

3. Account & Acceptable Use

When you or your organization use our platforms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes consistent with its intended clinical, educational, or enterprise use.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not use the platform to upload or transmit data you are not authorized to share.

4. Data & Compliance

Where our platforms process health data, we do so under applicable Indian regulation and the ABDM framework, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. The organization operating a Cordelia platform (hospital, institution, or enterprise) remains the data controller for the records it holds; Cordelia acts as a processor under the terms of the applicable service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cordelia name, logo, product names (including CordeLiakare, CordeliaskillEdge, and CordeliaEdge), and all platform software, design, and content are the property of Cordelia Technology or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform as intended.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% platform uptime on AWS-backed infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance and any material service disruption will be communicated to affected organizations in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cordelia Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including in connection with clinical data handling under ABDM.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or platforms after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an active service agreement will be communicated directly to the organization concerned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
